After reading low rating links I was prepared to do some prep on the brush holder when it arrived. Angle notches are slightly tight but for a woman it can be difficult to adjust. I set it easily. As for the screw brush tightener I applied some silicone grease to the threads, turns easily now. Being all plastic I expect it to fail eventually but for the price I'm willing to try it. SO FAR, It's working great.
