Main complaint is that the matte black paint chips and scratches very easily. After switching the orientation of the handles, I already noticed a few scratches of the paint. For the cost and your intended use of the handle, it may be worth it still.Item arrived drenched in oil and in wrong color. Used these handles on some other doors and they were okay, but I prefer Schlage levers because they feel heavier and have a smoother operation.Easy install. Locks and feels good and for the price you can’t beat it .May take hours to install if you are replacing a Kwik set handle. This handle requires a larger hole in the door. You will need a chisel and a Dremel router to enlarge the cut-out. This is not easy.Remodeling my house and selected these and I am very happy with how these work and how they they look. My wife loves the feel of how solid they feel when you open a door. Switching the handles is a breeze once you figure out the trick. I kept the handles together in a unit, put the little tool in and jiggled it with my right hand while putting just a little upward pressure on the handle with my left hand. On the privacy handle make sure that the handle is unlocked before you start, otherwise one handle won't come off.Looks and works great!Se ven muy bien.
