I bought this for my quarantine garage gym setup. My garage has a cement floor like most garages. This mat is great for stretching, foam rolling, ab work, yoga, etc. Much better than concrete. However, I also use the mat to save my knees while doing weighted lunges and split squats. It isn't super plush or anything, but it provides enough cushioning that my knee can touch the mat under load without bruising. After about 2 months of 4day/week use, it has some nicks and small tears, so I'll have to replace soon. For a yoga/core work mat, it's just fine, but if you plan to put it to heavier and more regular use, it's not the most durable.
