Order came quickly. It's nice, stainless with fine weld lines. The long edge lines, outside do have a bur that needs attention with file or dimond abrasive. Easy to blead if you slide you flesh along outside edge. It's defiantly a keeper compared to the plastic ones I use. You can't find a sheet of material alone for less!!I have also orderd a set of knives/scrapers in stainless, they have a smooth transition from blade to handle. So easy to clean, 6, 4, 2 and 1 in. set I believe. No more rusty stuff to worry about replacing or to clean. Well worth the money if you don't forget where you've parked it Hah!
