I've never spent so little money for such effective pain relief. I have 5 herniated discs in my lower back which often gets inflamed and locks up. I roll on this for 10 minutes or so and 90% of the pain is gone, I can walk straight without leaning due to a locked up lower back. It's amazing on my piriformis, like hurts so good. When I get up, I feel amazing.The quality is excellent. No issues even with a couple cats occasionally trying to sharpen their claws. I have a few trainer friends that introduced me to this roller and I've never had so much relief so so little money and time expenditure.
