It came with some dents and scratches and did not know how to do the lock but other all pretty good.I LOVE this suitcase. The built in lock makes this my favorite bag to travel with hands down. Very sturdy and lightweight. The pink makes it easy to identify vs everyone else’s black suitcases after a long day of travel. Have gotten many compliments at the airport. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I want to purchase a whole set- but it has only been available in the 21 inch for months…. Amazon will this ever be restocked??? I want to buy the other two sizes and have been checking back since December of 2021 and no restock!!! So frustrating because the color is hard to match. So now I have this bright pink carry-on that I love but realistically is not big enough so I’m stuck searching for a different set because I can’t match this color or pattern to any other suitcase.Large compartment.Rolls very easy. Only downside is suitcase is split in half so the top half (lid) doesn’t stand up on its own. You have to open it like a book. Still very good item.We really love the color and how much this case holds. Unfortunately it was locked ehen it arrived. As we were leaving for our trip two days after it arrived, there was no time to return the case. We had to break the lock to open the case. I am disappointed, because instead of bring something really special, my granddaughter thinks of this special gift as a serviceable, but broken/not to be treasured item…. It works, but my gift fell flat!.I love the color of this suitcase! It is HOT pink! The carryon is just the right size for my needs. I don't travel often and I travel very light. I've had the same large bulky suitcase for almost 30 years. But I recently hurt my shoulder and I can't lift it now. So I needed something lightweight. This case is sturdy but super light! I don't need anyone to help lift it up and into the trunk of my car. I can do it myself, with my bad arm, it's that light! I love that it expands and the lock is a nice feature for hotel room stays and worrying about cleaning staff trying to go through items.This luggage was very big and bulky. I was able to pack a weeks clothes for me and my daughter. Very durable and I love the color.This was the best purchase. Wish it came in other colors. Super easy to travel with. The wheels were of concern initially but once I received it and took it through the airport I was pleasantly surprised at the durability!What a great purchase this was! Bought the white version ahead of a trip to Florida and I was a bit worried that the airline and airports would have it looking like sh1t by the time I got home, but it still looks fabulous.It is highly capacious and you can let out the sides to create even more space, with a zip around the middle (concertina style), which was handy for the flight home.The zip tags clip into a combination lock, which can be set to any combo you fancy, and it is TSA-compliant so that they can go rooting through your smelly undies. Plenty of pockets inside and a full divider.Would ABSOLUTELY buy this again.In terms of prices - I paid £43.27, and the price seems to yo-yo between £80-ish and £40-ish. It doesn't take Martin Lewis to figure out that the lower price is better!I did not have the chance to travel with this suitcase but can already comment on my first impressions.After looking for hours, I decided to chose this luggage as there was a good Amazon warehouse offer.I paid £50 approximately for a luggage in condition as new. And I have to say that it was almost new. The protective plastic was still on and there was not one single scratch. I would encourage everyone to think about the environment and go for second hand item that most of the time were not even used and just returned.The white colour is beautiful, the luggage feels very robust. The wheels are multi directional, and the best part of the zip that allows you to get a storage! I previously purchased a luggage from a famous brand that felt less robust, had thinner plastic and for which the handle broke after the 1st use.The plus is the lock which is very well designed :)Cercavo un trolley da stiva, lo volevo colorato per individuarlo facilmente. Dalle foto sembrava rosa-confetto (che non mi piaceva ma ho pensato che scegliendolo di un colore orrendo il mio sarebbe stato l'unico in tutto l'hub) invece appena ho aperto la seconda scatola (a proposito, Amazon: perché, a volte, mettete delle scatole che sembrano già essere un sufficiente imballaggio, dentro altre scatole molto più grandi? C'è un motivo o è solo uno spreco?) è apparso un fuxia violento davvero bello. Mi piace un sacco!È il mio primo trolley rigido e, di primo acchito mi sembra ben fatto, il lucchetto integrato funziona perfettamente e le istruzioni relative sono semplici e chiare, multilingua (italiano compreso), le ruote ruotano, la maniglia telescopica si può bloccare nella posizione desiderata, le cerniere sembrano robuste e sono scorrevoli, è allargabile. Sembra un buon prodotto.All'interno ha 7 tasche, una delle quali impermeabile, che pare ottima per riporre prodotti tipo lo shampoo che con lo sbalzo di pressione potrebbero aprirsi, evitando che sporchino tutto il contenuto della valigia.La scocca ha una certa elasticità, non è completamente rigida, speriamo che per questo motivo resista meglio di altre agli urti violenti!Mi riservo di aggiornare la recensione tornata dal mio viaggio.AGGIORNAMENTO: dopo 3 anni e 5 o sei viaggi (treno e aereo) il trolley è sempre in buono stato, ha qualche riga (la superficie a righini sottili si vede che ha grattato altre valigie rigide scure, ha vinto, ma sono rimasti i segni) e resiste nel tempo. Colore e funzionalità delle parti mobili, come ruote e cerniere, inalterate. Ottimi materiali e fattura, come per altri prodotti Amazon Basics. Bravi!I love this luggage, beautiful and steady. Well organised inside as well. Really good purchase!I bought this although it was kinda expensive but I really liked the quality of the bag. The white cover was really nice and the overall feel of the bag was really nice and ive used for the past 6 months now and its amazing.
