I have used this printer for seven years and it is a champion. Super-high quality gorgeous crip print and nice color pictures. Toner cartridges are pricey but last a good long time. Trouble-free until recently, I started getting smudges and shadow images. I think the fuser needs to be replaced. They seem to cost about as much as a new printer, so took apart my printer and kind of cleaned it up a bit. It is an absolute beast to take apart and put together. When I put it back together I had three extra parts. But it still worked like a champ for another couple months until just today when I started getting shadow images again. I guess I bought a little time by cleaning it. Google lens for the "extra" parts brings back "Tool Part for Fuser Guide Plate", which makes sense. Now that I know what the extra parts are I'll find a video, take it apart again and try to figure out where the parts go. I think the replacement is HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201dn Printer. Worst case I'll get the new one and hope for another long time of color duplex laser printer nirvana.
