I use these for yoga but also if you lay on the ground and rest your head on it then rock from side to side it really helps neck pain. I’ve also used it to prop up my massage stick when the foam roller doesn’t provide enough pressure.I needed to raise up my Neumann KH80's and also reduce bass rumble on my desk where I compose orchestral music, and these blocks are PERFECT. My speakers are 6" wide by 8" long, and these blocks are 6x9! They raise the speakers up 4" off my desk. Honestly, it was like they were made for the speakers custom, lol. The foam is dense, the weight of the speaker doesn't even give in, yet the bass frequencies are absorbed perfectly. Monitor stands to do that same thing are over 200 bucks, this is such a great solution.As far as yoga, I have no idea what happens in yoga nor what you are even supposed to do with these blocks in that way, but for audio room treatment, they are stellar. In fact, you could place 4 of these together on the floor and create a perfect elevated detached subwoofer stand! At this price, wow, what a blessing. Thanks yoga world!Sturdy af! These are good firm yoga blocks that work well for standard yoga poses like standing splits or triangle where I can't reach the floor with my hands. Work well for use during supported bridge poses as well. The construction seems to be of high quality--no issues with disintegration or slippage when working out. Easy to clean as well. Shipping was fast and product was well packaged.The blocks are just what I ordered and arrived quickly.I use these blocks to elevate my feet when using a "comfort height" (taller) toilet. (think simplified Squatty Potty) They are sturdy and just the right size and don't have the unsightly white lettering or logos of other models.These are purple yoga blocks. They are firm but comfortable to hold and sit on. If you need purple blocks then these are the ones to get. There are other purple blocks out there but none that I've seen that offer the price/performance ratio of these; they also offer an especially high degree of purpleness. If you're in the market for purple blocks, look no further than these. If you're looking for red, black or green blocks...look somewhere else cause you're gonna hate these. As far as I'm concerned, Amazon has the purple block market cornered- just my opinion.These yoga blocks are so light and easy to use because of that. They have a good grip on the floor, mat and as you can see can take your weight well, without issues. Already helping me get into deeper poses. As a yoga instructor I will definitely recommend these! Especially if you are just starting with blocks and want to explore as these are quite affordable as well.No doubt these bars r light weight,durable and comfortable too but they seems to be little bigger for me.Other yoga bars are of 3" width buy this one is 4" so little difficult for me to hold.Otherwise it's a grt buy.I m returning it because of bigger width.Need a 3" width yoga bar.It's very big in size also it's just for beginners we cannot hold and practice junm back it's huge to hold. Not very sturdy though, for this reason I have another pair of wooden blocks that I use for poses that require to balance the body with the help of a prop.
